1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Deal-O-Meter Promotion (“Promotion”) run by One Deal A Day (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Promotion Period
    • Entries open on publication of the campaign and close at 14:00 SAST on 27 August 2025.
    • The promotional price opportunity will occur on 27 August 2025, with the payment link being released between 15:00 SAST via WhatsApp Channels.
3. How It Works
    • The Promotion is linked to a live campaign (the “Deal-O-Meter”) to reduce the price of a PlayStation 5 based on the number of participants who sign up.
    • Users can enter by submitting their valid email address via the campaign link: https://onedealaday.co.za/deals/PlayStation-5-Slim-Digital-Edition-Console-(PS5%20Slim)-8.
    • The more participants who sign up, the lower the potential price.
    • The lowest possible price is R100, subject to reaching a minimum target number of sign-ups.
    • If the target is not met, the price will be based on a pre-determined scale according to sign-up volume.
4. Eligibility
    • You must be a resident of South Africa, aged 18 years or older to participate.
    • Only one entry per person is allowed.
    • Employees of One Deal A Day, their immediate family members, or affiliates are not eligible.
5. Prize and Availability
    • Only one (1) PlayStation 5 is available for purchase through this Promotion.
    • The product will be offered only to the first eligible participant who completes payment via the link provided on WhatsApp.
    • The payment link will be unique and limited, sent via WhatsApp Channels only. It is the responsibility of the participant to follow the channel and enable notifications.
    • “First come, first served” applies. We do not guarantee availability if the link is missed or if there is delay in completing payment. In the event that you are not the first              customer to complete payment but the payment gateway nevertheless processes your transaction, you will be contacted promptly and issued a full refund

6. Data Collection and Use
    • By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails from One Deal A Day.
    • Your personal data will be used in accordance with POPIA and our Privacy Policy.
    • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
7. No Guarantee of Price
    • Entry into the Promotion does not guarantee the lowest price of R100.
    • The final price will depend on the number of valid entries received by the closing date.
8. Deal-O-Meter Target and Extension
    • If the minimum target requirement is not met even after the extension period, we reserve the right to void the Deal-O-Meter.
    • The final price will be based on a determined scale according to the number of sign-ups.
9. Failure to Reach Target and Voiding of Deal
    • If, after the extension period, the required target is still not met, we reserve the right to void the Deal-O-Meter.
    • In such an event, the promotion will be considered null and void, with no obligation to provide a product or further discounts.
10. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:
    • Enters multiple times using different emails or fake data,
    • Uses automated systems or bots,
    • Breaches these Terms or acts in bad faith.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
    • Missed notifications due to user error or app settings,
    • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., server downtime, WhatsApp delivery delays),
    • Any costs, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion.
12. General
    • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Sony Interactive Entertainment or WhatsApp.
    • These Terms may be updated or amended at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via the Promotion page.
    • South African law applies and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
13. Payment and Multiple Claims
    • While only one PlayStation 5 is available for purchase, there may be instances where multiple participants complete payment for the same product due to technical errors or simultaneous transactions.
    • In such cases, we reserve the right to refund any duplicate or erroneous payments.
The first valid payment received will be honored, and any subsequent payments will be refunded promptly.
