PS5 Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
Competition Period
This competition ("the Competition") commences immediately and closes on 27 February 2026 at 23:59 SAST. The winner will be announced on 28 February 2026.

Eligibility

The Competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years and older.
Employees, directors, agents, and consultants of One Deal A Day, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per email address is permitted.

How to Enter

Visit onedealaday.co.za and complete the entry form with a valid email address.
Participants will receive one (1) automatic entry upon successful registration.
Participants can receive one (1) additional entry by joining our WhatsApp channel (link provided after registration).
By entering, participants agree to receive future marketing communications from One Deal A Day.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 28 February 2026.
The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.

Prize

The prize is one (1) PlayStation 5 console.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
One Deal A Day reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Marketing Consent

By entering this Competition, participants consent to:

Receive marketing communications from One Deal A Day via email and WhatsApp.
The use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

General Conditions

One Deal A Day reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
One Deal A Day reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions.
One Deal A Day's decision regarding all aspects of the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
One Deal A Day accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
Prize collection/delivery details will be arranged directly with the winner.
One Deal A Day reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

Privacy
Personal information collected will be used in accordance with One Deal A Day's Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your information will be stored securely and used only for Competition administration and marketing purposes (with your consent).
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, One Deal A Day accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants in connection with the Competition or prize.
